Spotlight Inspect PLLC is owned and operated by TREC Professional Inspector, Kristi Camp. Before pursuing a career as a home inspector, Kristi worked for 30 years in the dental business. This experience helped her develop a strong attention to detail, which makes her an exceptional inspector today. Kristi has always been a natural at understanding home repair and maintenance and decided to make a career change out of her passion, so she decided to seek training in the home inspection industry.
Kristi has always been someone with a do-it-yourself attitude. She takes charge of any situation presented to her and has performed repairs and projects on her own home as well as the homes of many of her friends.
Her hands-on knowledge of home systems and how to repair them allows her to explain the details of an inspection to her clients in ways that make sense to them. Kristi remembers every client she works with and looks forward to hearing from them, even well after the inspection, if they have questions about their report or when they have home maintenance questions. She does not feel her job is complete until her clients are confident that they understand the condition of the home that they are considering buying or selling, or even after they have already moved in.
